the music. the ambience. the impact of MTV's Unplugged series is near impossible to define on a single page. a classic moment in time that touches every fan of popular music, regardless of genre. everything you thought unplugged would have been had you been able to attend, you can now experience live with unplugged: a tribute to mtv.

Unplugged: A tribute to mtv is based out of buffalo, Ny and is the first and only unplugged tribute band in the united states. we give you all the chart-topping hits and the songs that have become hallmarks of artists, performed stripped down and completely live for audiences to enjoy. iconic songs that helped carve a new genre in music: unplugged.

Our live show features not only a wide range of artists, but also re-creates the nostalgia of the Unplugged series. the look, the feel, and the intimate arrangements that most attendees only ever got to experience on television or on the radio.
